Serving Size:  2 Tbsp

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme, Basil, Dill or Oregano
3 Scallions, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tsp salt
1- 12 oz FF Sour Cream
1- 8 oz FF Cream Cheese

Place herbs, scallions, and garlic in a food processor or blender and whirl a few seconds to chop.  Add the sour cream, cream cheese and salt and blend again.
