Ingredients:

12 each Crepes
12 ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 ounces Skim Milk
½ tsp Almond Extract
24 ounces Strawberries, Fresh

Method:

  1. Prepare Crepes
  2. Soften Fat Free Cream Cheese in a microwave oven (30 seconds on high)
  3. Combine Fat Free Cream Cheese, skim milk, and almond extract.  Mix well
  4. Place one ounce of cream cheese mixture in each crepe
  5. Roll crepes and place on a 2″ baking dish
  6. Top with 2 ounces of fresh strawberries
  7. Place crepes in a 250 degree oven and warm for 15 minutes

Yield:  12 crepes, 6 servings, 2 crepes per serving
