1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp sweetener


Lightly spray pan and sauté chopped onion and garlic until onions are transparent. Add spices while sautéing. Add crushed tomatoes and sweetener and sauté a minute or so. Add diced tomatoes, lower heat and simmer lightly for about an hour.

If you wish to add veggie sausage, cook it separately and then add to sauce to heat just a few minutes before serving.
