12 ounces Cooked Shrimp
8 ounces Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
8 each Cherry Tomatoes
2 ounces (drained) Asparagus (canned)
4 stalks Celery
8 Tbl. FF Thousand Island dressing


  1. Place cooked shrimp in a colander and rinse thoroughly
  2. On a dinner sized plate spread 2 ounces of chopped lettuce
  3. Place three ounces of shrimp on top of lettuce
  4. garnish is cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and celery
  5. Drizzle 1 ounce of FF Thousand Island dressing on each plate
