2 cups Fat Free Chicken Broth
2 Tbl. Cornstarch
½ tsp. Sage
Dash Kitchen Bouquet


  1. Heat to boiling two cups of fat free chicken broth
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine cornstarch with very cold water
  3. Slowly pour cornstarch mixture with the Chicken broth until desired thickness. Note: the gravy will appear rather translucent
  4. Add ½ teaspoon of sage.
  5. Add a dash of kitchen bouquet for color

Yield: 10 – 1.5 ounce servings
