2c fat free cottage cheese
Possible mix ins:
2 T honey
½ c salsa,
½ c frozen fruit,
½ c veggies, 1 tsp basil, black pepper
2 T maple syrup

Place ingredients in a food processor and blend.  Spread on toast, bagels, rice cakes, or whatever you choose.  Basically, you are creating a light and creamy alternative to flavored cream cheese.  Make additions to taste and be creative with new fat free additions of your own!

1T serving ranges from 20 to 30 cal depending on what you mix in.  0g fat
