Serving Size: 2 Tbsp

1 -15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small can green chilies
1 cup salsa
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
optional: 1/4- 1/2 c cilantro

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Add salt if needed.

*To make fat free flour tortilla chips: Cut a fat free tortilla into eighths and bake in a 375 oven for 10-15 minutes.
