Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 cups oats
6 Tbs. maple syrup
1 2/3 cup fat free yogurt
1 ¼ cup of hydrated apple

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine until dry mix is completely moistened. It will be a thick, sticky dough. With minimal handling, scoop into bread pan and bake for 30 minutes.

11 slices per loaf. 288 cal, 1.4gfat per slice
