Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Splenda Blend for Baking
  • 2/3 cup Fiber One Vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl, mix first 7 ingredients (through yogurt) together until well-blended and glossy.
  4. Gently stir in flour, making sure not to over-mix.
  5. Pour into prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  8. Cut into 12 and serve.
