This year, Winter Camp is open to all Wellspring alumni of any age.  Spend three days over the extended Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, January 16 through 19, 2009 at Daytona Beach, Florida.  Share successes, setbacks, old and new stories and tips while participating in an active and fun reunion weekend.  Winter Camp is a wonderful time to reconnect with LTWC friends in a resort setting.

For alumni who have been successful continuing or maintaining weight loss, Winter Camp is an enjoyable and healthy reward, as well as a great incentive to stay on-program over the holidays.

For alumni who have regained some weight since leaving Wellspring, Winter Camp helps develop solutions for continuing the program at home to get back on track for long-term success.

Winter Camp Details

Wellspring Winter Camp takes place at The Daytona Beach Resort in Daytona Beach, FL.  Winter Campers fly in and out of Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB).  Transportation to and from the airport is provided.  Tuition for the long-weekend is $600.  Reserve your spot by printing the registration form and faxing in, or by calling (866) 364-0808.

• Kickboxing or yoga

• Nutrition review

•Make our own dinner
• Black light Bowling

Sunday
• 3-mile walk/jog on the beach

• Beach football or water aerobics
• Indiv. Session with BC
