Wellspring campers consistently demonstrate average weight loss of 4.25 lbs. per week, 34 lbs in 8 weeks. No other non-surgical weight loss program has ever reported such consistently dramatic results, accompanied by significant improvements in mood, affect and outlook.

Unprecedented Continued Weight Loss at Home
Wellspring campers do more than have a great summer and lose a lot of weight. They learn a healthy lifestyle and skills for weight control they’ll have the rest of their lives. In 6-12 month follow-up studies, the average camper goes on to LOSE MORE WEIGHT – an additional 5-8 lbs., on average. Moreover, over 70% of campers maintain weight loss from camp, or continue losing more weight. Over 20% of campers go on to lose an additional 10% or more of their weight after returning home from camp. No other weight loss program for children or adults has ever consistently demonstrated continued weight loss after conclusion of treatment in numerous follow-up studies.

8 Weeks for Best Results
Consistent with research results from other programs, Wellspring’s 8-week program is more likely to result in continued weight loss at home, and 8-week campers are much more likely to return to a healthy weight.
