Ingredients:
12 each Crepes

ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
2
ounces Skim Milk
½ tsp Almond Extract
24
ounces Strawberries, Fresh
Method:
- Prepare Crepes
- Soften Fat Free Cream Cheese in a microwave oven (30 seconds on high)
- Combine Fat Free Cream Cheese, skim milk, and almond extract. Mix
well
- Place one ounce of cream cheese mixture in each crepe
- Roll crepes and place on a 2” baking dish
- Top with 2 ounces of fresh strawberries
- Place crepes in a 250 degree oven and warm for 15 minutes
Yield: 12 crepes, 6 servings, 2 crepes per serving
