Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. skim milk
Mix rice, raisins, cinnamon and sugar in a side bowl. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil then add ingredients to water. Return to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes until most of the water is evaporated. Add milk (more if a creamier mixture is desired).
Serves 4 (about 1 cup each)
