CRANBERRY SAUCE

Ingredients

  1. 12 Ounce package fresh cranberries

.5 cup Water
.5 cup Sugar Substitute
Note: check label directions for ratio of artificial sweetener to sugar)

Method:

  1. Combine cranberries and water in a sauce pan
  2. Heat mixture until boiling; boil for 15 minutes
  3. Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes
  4. Add sugar substitute to taste

Yield: 9 -1/4 cup servings
