- Back to the dorms for time with friends, then lights out. A comfy bed feels great after a very active day!

“I loved how they taught us proper ways to exercise and for how long. We are now more confident and feel like we've learned a ton about weight control. The whole experience has blown me away. Going from someone who would just sit around all day watching T.V. to now someone who rarely ever watches T.V. now is just incredible. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to do this for myself!
