Wellspring Adventure Camp Special Trips
At Wellspring Adventure Camp, we stay busy and active all summer with a variety of outdoor adventures and trips. Campers enjoy week-long expeditions throughout their time at camp, venturing into the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and beautiful outdoor recreation areas of Tennessee and South Carolina.
But we also know that for many kids and teens, summer vacation is not complete without some amusement park thrill-seeking. So we have special trips during the summer offered free of charge as part of the Wellspring level system.
Many campers like to plan their stay at camp around trip dates. Here is the current schedule of Wellspring Adventure Camp Trips:
Dollywood Theme Park (June 27)
Fabulous shows, exciting roller coasters, and one of a kind attrations await you on this trip to Dollywood, one of America’s best amusement parks.
Dollywood Splash Country (July 19)
Join your friends for a day of thrill rides and water park excitement at Dollywood/Splash Country, the Smokey Mountains' most famous theme park.
Paddle Boarding Trip (August 6-August 10)
See the beauty of the Carolinas as you soak up some fun in the sun! On this excursion you’ll get to explore the outdoors on a paddle boarding adventure with your camp friends.
Surfing in Charleston, SC (August 13-August 17)
Tour awe-inspiring historic sites and enjoy great shopping while exploring the beautiful city of Charleston. And get your surf on with a day of lessons and surfing with friends.
