Typical Day #1 at Wellspring New York
- Morning Activity: Start towards your goal of 10,000 steps with stretch circle and a morning walk. If you're up for it, choose to walk/jog or opt for a longer walk.
- Breakfast: Enjoy an egg and fat-free cheese sandwich, turkey bacon and fresh fruit in the dining hall, followed by self-monitoring.
- Internet time: Catch your friends at home up on all the fun you've been having.
- Culinary Class: Today you're grilling fruit kebabs for dessert. Yum!
- Soccer: Meet your friends on the field for practice followed by a game.
- Lunchtime: Turkey reuben sandwiches with low-fat pasta salad and chicken noodle soup, followed by self-monitoring
- CBT Group: Today you're working on identifying your triggers for over-eating.
- Afternoon Snack: Fill up on veggies, pita and hummus.
- Club Hour: Choose from activities such as Core Strength, 5K, Kickboxing, Dance, Zumba, Basketball and many more.
- Picnic Time: BBQ Dinner of chicken sandwiches, corn on the cob, coleslaw and watermelon slices, followed by self-monitoring
- 80s Prom Night: Get silly with your friends and strut your best 80s look.
- Evening Snack: Fat-free brownies—your new favorite!
- Back to Dorms for lights out

Typical Day #2 at Wellspring New York
- Morning Activity: Today you choose to start your day with an outdoor circuit..
- Breakfast: French toast and Egg Beaters or oatmeal, fresh fruit, and yogurt, followed by self-monitoring
- Personal Training: Learn how to properly use the upper body machines at the fitness center.
- Self-Defense Class: Strengthen your body, and improve your focus and confidence.
- Lunchtime: Chicken Fajita Wraps with Rice and Vegetable Soup, followed by self-monitoring.
- Water Aerobics: Hit the pool for some warm-up laps before you begin your aerobics class.
- Nutrition Class: Head to the grocery store to find lower-fat substitutes for your favorite snacks. You'll know just what to eat when you return home.
- Dining Out Challenge: Put those new skills to work in a restaurant!
- Casino Night: Time to show off your gaming skills.
- Back to the dorms for lights out.
