What do summer staff do?
Wellspring introduces campers to a healthy lifestyle by teaching them how to eat healthy and to love physical activity. Counselors play a critical role in leading sports, games and supervising campers on other cool activities both on campus and off. While having fun, it is also critical that counselors role model a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle. Finally, Wellspring trains campers on the set of behaviors that they need to become successful weight controllers for the rest of their lives. All staff also receive this training in preparation for their summer role.
The unprecedented success of Wellspring campers is owed primarily to the quality, commitment and integrity of our staff. At Wellspring, we seek people who are equally dedicated to fun and health. If you are interested in helping to change lives, Wellspring Camps are for you.
