Weight Loss Continues at Home
Wellspring is committed to the long-term fitness and weight loss success of our campers. This is why we provide a year-long Continuing Care Program. By helping campers transition from camp to their everyday lives, the unique Wellspring Continuing Care Program gives campers the opportunity to turn their new weight-controlling skills into habits, and allows campers to continue the strong relationships they built with Behavioral Coaches and with camp friends.

Recognizing the importance of Continuing Care, Wellspring offers a refund of the full cost of the Continuing Care Program for successful participation.
During the last week of Camp, Behavioral Coaches introduce campers to the Continuing Care program. Wellspring believes so strongly in the Continuing Care program that campers who successfully complete the program will have the entire cost of the Continuing Care program ($600) refunded to them.

The fee is refunded based on meeting two criteria:
- Camper completes 140 out of 180 days of self-monitoring (3 food items with fat and calories recorded per day)
- Parent (or camper) obtains a verified height and weight and provides this form back to Wellspring via mail, fax, or email.

- They also continue to communicate with other campers
Wellspring Behavioral Coaches observe campers' progress and communicate with them in private online discussions. This continued interaction reinforces their efforts and assists with problem solving.
Because of Wellspring’s commitment to family wellness, Continuing Care accounts are also available at no cost for all family members who wish to participate alongside and support campers until the following summer.
