Weight Loss Camp for Kids, Teens and Women
At Wellspring Camp La Jolla, we are committed to helping individuals of all ages reach a healthier weight. Knowing that people at different stages of their lives want different camp experiences, Wellspring La Jolla consists of eight separate programs, each tailored to the weight loss goals and social needs of their participants.
While everyone takes part in the core elements of the Wellspring Plan, our individual programs help participants develop close friendships and focus on the challenges that are most relevant in their lives. Activities, accommodations, nutrition and culinary training, and Life Coaching topics all vary by program to help campers feel comfortable with each other and make the most of their camp experience.
