Wellspring La Jolla’s Teen Boys Program is an incredible way to lose weight. Campers leave the program filled with mutual respect, personal responsibility, and a heightened aptitude for goal achievement. We offer different classes for every activity level, so teen boys will always feel confident and capable.

Teen boys who attend Wellspring La Jolla’s exclusive fitness and weight loss program enjoy the success of losing weight, building muscle and gaining confidence.
For teen boys looking to improve fitness while slimming down, we also offer weight training classes, sports training, and circuit training.

We feature a wide variety of exciting non-competitive activities like surfing, boogie boarding, football, basketball, snorkeling, ocean kayaking, and mountain biking. Campers attend all male classes and also have the option of fun co-ed classes such as soccer, softball, and ultimate frisbee. Off-campus trips* take our teen boys to some of Southern California’s most exciting vacation destinations, including SeaWorld, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Skate World.

In addition to the fitness classes offered at Wellspring Camp La Jolla, days are also filled with culinary / nutrition classes, Behavioral Coaching sessions, theme dances, , talent shows, Color War, and an array of fun evening activities.
