Sustainable and Attainable Activity Goals

The goal for each day is to log at least 10,000 steps on your pedometer, although many campers achieve 20,000+ steps each day.  You will explore such a variety of activities and amazing places that the steps happen naturally. 
And if you're worried that you're too out of shape or inexperienced to join the fun, rest assured that our counselors will help you every step of the way.  The supportive environment fostered at Wellspring Camp La Jolla is refreshing to campers who are used to feeling self-conscious or being "picked on" during group activities at school or other camps. At Wellspring, campers are all in this together and counselors are specially trained to help you discover your hidden skills and abilities, even if you haven't been active in a while.
