Wellspring California is California's only scientifically-based fitness and weight loss program. Designed exclusively for teens, ages 11-18, Wellspring campers enjoy the beautiful coastline and legendary beaches of Ventura County, just northwest of Los Angeles.
Located on the brand new campus of CSU Channel Islands on the California Coast where the “Biggest Loser” is filmed, Wellspring California uses the campus’ state-of-the-art sports and recreation facilities for personal training and a range of team sports. We also take advantage of several of California's best beaches and surf breaks, as well as enjoying some of the world's most scenic coastal hiking. The most famous of California’s weight loss programs, having been profiled in two different reality shows since 2005, Wellspring California offers unparalleled fitness and weight loss for all of our campers.
