Wellspring California is California's only scientifically-based fitness and weight loss program, easily accessible to Northern and Southern Californians.  Designed exclusively for teens, ages 11-18, Wellspring campers enjoy sun, surf, and mountains that only California can offer.

Located on the expansive 68-acre campus of the worlds-only boarding school for weight loss, Wellspring Academy of California. Wellspring California utilizes the campus sports and recreation facilities for personal training and a range of team sports. We also take advantage of the amazing activity options available in California—some of the world’s best beaches and surf breaks, as well as spectacular hikes in the Sequoias and the Sierra mountains. The most famous of California’s weight loss programs, having been profiled in two different reality shows since 2005, Wellspring California offers unparalleled fitness and weight loss for all of our campers.
